I led the end-to-end design of this no-code platform, collaborating closely with developers to ship a functional MVP. By simplifying autonomous workflow creation, we empowered non-technical users to build AI agents with confidence. Continuous user feedback guided multiple iterations, resulting in a more intuitive and scalable experience.
I helped shape the product vision for AI Studio and led key design decisions during its early development. After the MVP went live, we learned through various LinkedIn posts that real users struggled to build automation workflows. I worked with the team to redesign the onboarding and task creation flow, simplifying concepts like triggers, actions, and data mapping. My design emphasized transparency, guidance, and flexibility to support both technical and non-technical users.
